Apparently I had book the wrong room. The gentleman was able to assist me with my issues. I was very grateful. Also, the lady that set up the breakfast area was so kind and very helpful. The strawberry waffle mix was a hit with the kids!

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. No chance to have breakfast. Front desk lady provided coffee to me at my request when it was after 6pm.

A bed & bath. But around the tub nasty. Next to the bed by the widow were the air conditioner was leaky and very noisy. Neighboring room noisy. The carpet was torn. No one notified us that the shuttle was not working and we had to hire an outside source. Would not recommend staying here.
